Have you got 15 minutes? Perfect! This 15 Minute Training Circuit will have your body blasting fat and building lean muscles. It’s going to work every muscle group in your body, and in only 15 minutes! Because there isn’t any equipment required, you can do this workout anywhere. It’s perfect if you’re day gets to busy to make it to the gym, if you’re traveling for work, or if you need a quick sweat session while on vacation w/ the family.

Now set your timer and get ready to feel the burn!

Complete this circuit as many times as you can in 15 minutes to burn fat and build lean muscle fast!

10 squats


10 regular pushups


10 lunges (on each leg)


10 narrow (triceps) pushups

10 jump squats
