The way that you look and feel is a reflection of your lifestyle and habits. A majority of your lifestyle is made up of a variety of habits. More than 40% of all your actions daily are the product of a habit. Some of those habits are great for your health, but some can be very counterproductive to good health. To look and feel better you need to focus on changing those habits that got you where you are today. In other words, if you want to lose weight and your habits involve watching a lot of TV and eating fast food, you’re going to have to change those habits.
