FOOD FOR YOUR SKIN

Honey … Fights Acne

Since honey is antiseptic, it acts as a cleansing agent and absorbs impurities from the clogged pores. Honey’s antibacterial properties soothe and heal inflammation and swelling around the affected areas.

Honey … Lightens the Dark Areas

Honey gets rid of dark spots, circles, pigmentation, and acne scars! Mix it with olive oil, and it can help you diminish scars and any residual acne.

Honey … Treats Wrinkles

Honey smooths and hydrates skin with its humectant properties. The extra moisture or nourishment provided to your skin can help remove wrinkles! This paired with antioxidants slow the aging process of your skin.

Honey … Softens and Treats the Dry Skin

Honey can intensely moisturize your skin and lips combined with other ingredients like yogurt.

Honey … Lightens and Whitens Your Skin

Since honey defends your skin from germs and cleanses your clogged pores, it lightens and brightens the skin, leaving it glowing and flawless.

Always choose raw and organic honey which has not been chemically processed.

This ensures that your honey isn’t stripped of all the nutrients that are responsible to enhance the beauty. Raw, organic honey can be found at most grocery stores, farmers’ markets, co-ops, and local boutiques.
