12th Annual Cowboy Ball

Proceeds benefit the North Idaho Fair & Rodeo Foundation which provides for capital improvements at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and educational opportunities by way of scholarships to area youth and educational programs at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds and North Idaho State Fair.
